Prescription Drug
Benefit program becomes effective.
Deadlines
to enroll:
To be eligible
for Medicare Part D on January 1, 2006, you must enroll in a plan
by November 15, 2005.
May 15, 2006
is the final day to enroll for most beneficiaries without paying
a penalty. For some people who delay enrolling in a plan by May
15, 2006 and chose to enroll later, they may incur a penalty.
