Mindy M. Ta, OD
General Optometry

Dr. Ta graduated with a B.S in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington. Dr. Ta then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry.

Dr. Ta has been a volunteer providing vision screenings for the Special Olympics of Massachusetts. She has also participated in fund raising and community service projects for Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity.

Dr. Ta joined the EyeHealth Northwest staff in August 2005.
