Sonal B. Davé, MD
Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Cornea & External Disease, Laser Vision Correction



Originally from Iowa, Dr. Sonal Davé completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa and subsequently graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. She then completed an Internal Medicine internship at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown, New York.

Dr. Davé completed her Ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Miami, Florida. Following her residency, Dr. Davé concluded her specialty training in Cornea, External Diseases, and Laser Vision Correction as a Fellow at the John A. Moran Eye Center, University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

For the past several years, Dr. Davé has been a noted participant in numerous research projects, including presentations at both national and international ophthalmology conferences. In addition, she serves on several national discussion panels and committees and is a published author in ophthalmic literature.

Dr. Davé's practice includes comprehensive ophthalmology with sub-specialty care in cornea, external diseases, cataracts, and Laser Vision Correction.

Dr. Davé is extremely excited to live in Portland. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, golfing, biking and running.

Dr. Davé joins the EyeHealth Northwest staff on August 11, 2008.
