Heather R. Cook, OD
General Optometry

Dr. Heather Cook graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from the University of San Diego. She completed her Doctorate of Optometry at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 1997, where she graduated "with distinction" and was elected to Beta Sigma Kappa honor society. She practices general optometry along with co-management of laser vision correction. Dr. Cook joined the staff of EyeHealth Northwest in 1997.
