Dr. Kemp specializes in LASIK, PRK, and cataract surgery, as well as treating diabetes and glaucoma.

Dr. Kemp earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from New York University. He graduated Cum Laude from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and served his Internship at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Kemp completed his Ophthalmology Residency training under the guidance of several pioneers in refractive surgery at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. His research in refractive surgery has been published and presented at several academic ophthalmology meetings.
