Contact lenses have always been an area of great interest to Dr. Meier. Never before have there been more choices. We have 1-day, 1-week, 1-month, and 3-month replacement lenses now. There are tinted toric lenses, toric bifocal lenses and aspheric lenses. We can change brown eyes to blue and blue eyes to green. These truly are exciting times for contact lens wearers.

Dr. Meier attended Northern Arizona University where he earned a B.S. in civil engineering. While engineering was challenging, his true love was optometry. After receiving his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University, Dr. Meier practiced in the Portland metropolitan area before joining the staff of EyeHealth Northwest in 1993. Dr. Meier practices general optometry with an emphasis in contact lenses.
