Rory M. Cook, OD
General Optometry

Dr. Cook was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. He received his degree in microbiology and biochemistry at the University of Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia. He received his Doctorate of Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry where he graduated "with distinction". While attending Pacific University, Dr. Cook was elected to Beta Sigma Kappa honor society. In 1995, Dr. Cook joined the staff of EyeHealth Northwest. Dr. Cook practices general optometry and is an adjunct professor at Pacific University College of Optometry.
