M. Christine Hauptmann, MDDr. Hauptmann graduated "with distinction" from the University of Missouri at Kansas City Medical School. Following an Internship in Internal Medicine, she completed a pre-residency medical retina Fellowship at the Devers Eye Clinic in Portland, OR. Dr. Hauptmann completed her Residency in Ophthalmology at Oregon Health Sciences University and joined EyeHealth Northwest in 1985.

Dr. Hauptmann enjoys practicing General and Pediatric Ophthalmology with a special interest in diabetes. Dr. Hauptmann also has enjoyed participating in the Northwest Medical Teams trips to Romania and Oaxaca, Mexico.
