Dr. Christopher Aderman is originally from Maine and completed his undergraduate studies in biochemistry at Bowdoin College, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to study retinal disease in a lab in Boston before attending Harvard Medical school where he received his M.D. degree. He completed his medical internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School and his ophthalmology residency at University of California, San Francisco. During residency he was awarded a Heed Fellowship and was one of 5 ophthalmology residents in the country to be elected to the Society of Heed Fellows.

Dr. Charles Weber is a fellowship trained glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist, with expertise in glaucoma and advanced femtosecond laser cataract surgery. Dr. Weber is a graduate of Georgetown University and completed his residency in ophthalmology at University of California-Davis. Dr. Weber went on to complete a Glaucoma Fellowship at University of Utah, John Moran Eye Center.
